Dear students, I welcome all of you to the Alumnae Club of Delhi Public School Meerut. We always feel your absence and now I proudly proclaim that you all are the members of this club. This would enable everyone to remain in contact with the school, which keeps you and your success in its heart on and on. Delhi Public School Meerut has become an epitome of success all over the world, be it of Meerut or of any other place. Here, I would always appreciate the guidance of the teachers, particularly of my school. We take great pride that of your success and measure, our own with that of yours which enables us to impart more improvised methods of teachings. Thus you become a way to the next generation and an inspiration for us. Now it’s an age of globalization and there is no limit to one’s ambitions only the sky is the limit. At the same time I would like to remind you that world is filled with many crimes and criminals and you are the one to remove these menaces. I am sure you will bring a change wherever you go. Always shine and display the name of your school wherever you are I once more welcomes you to this club.

MESSAGE FROM PRO-VICE CHAIRPERSON'S DESK

Dear students,

I’m immensely glad to see you all once again here with your teachers and friends. It reminds me of those days of success when you got through the final examinations with flying colours. May all dreams of you & your parents come true. Here I must appreciate the able guidance of the Principal Mrs. Meenu Kanwar to show the glimpses of the dreams ahead of you. I understand that it is very difficult to achieve success than merely taking of it. It is you, after all, the ones who have done it and will do. We promise to produce students of quality only on the basis of one’s understanding the essence of hard labour, show your talents and potentials and shine the name of your school, your Principal, teachers & names of your parents.

We could not help ourselves but to call you back & feel the pleasure of your success & to have reminiscence of your days in the school. I hope all of you would share your feelings with each other through these get togethers. So, once again I invite all of you to the Alumnae Club of Delhi Public School Meerut.

Hey people

As we prepare for the second Annual DPS Re-union, I traverse down the memory track and am filled with nostalgia. Its true that though we have moved on , the "DPS Experience" still resonates through and leaves its mark in our daily lives. Our education and grooming at DPS has inculcated in us a never-say-die spirit and laid a foundation for future success in all our endeavors. Together, we have not only matured in years but also in our overall personality.

From a humble beginning, The DPS Alumni Club has grown to over 200 members in not more than 2 years and with your support will hopefully continue to grow in numbers and spirit too. This club remains grateful to and would not have turned from concept to reality without the guidance and blessings of our Principal, Mrs. Meenu Kanwar, the support of Mr M.P Singh, Chairman, DPS Meerut and Mrs. Shashi Singh, Pro-Vice Chairperson DPS Meerut and above all the involvement and interest of our members.

I would also like to extend a personal thanks to the former president of DAC and a member of the founder committee ,Achal Manglik whose efforts have been instrumental in setting up this platform. We have taken the first baby steps that will empower the future alumni of our school to follow our lead.

The dream may have turned into reality but the vision continues unabated. Looking forward to seeing you all on October 18,2009!

MESSAGE FROM EX-PRESIDENT

Hi People!
When the idea of Alumnae Club blossomed in my mind, I didn't even know whether it would actually come through or not …but today with a strength of 128 (and more joining in each day) I can safely say that we have ARRIVED...DPS Alumnae Club has seen the light of day only due to the unstinting support and guidance from our Principal Mrs. Meenu Kanwar , who wishes us well in all our endeavours.
Hold high the torch and keep it burning – is the lesson we learnt from our alma mater. We salute the DPS ethos that made us what we are today. We were taught, not to follow the beaten track, but to be trailblazers on our chosen path. And sure enough from Sydenham to Symbiosis and J.P. to Amity, we are leaving our IMPRINTS everywhere.
DPS Alumnae Club is our humble effort to reunite friends, classmates, teachers and ex-teachers. We remain indebted to our alma mater for giving us a platform to carve our own niche. And in turn each of us contributed in our own way to this illustrious institution.
Three years down the road since the first batch of Dipsites Meerut stepped out from the dominions of the school, its high time to re-unite, re-live and rejuvenate those memories once more…..
